It "apologised sincerely to the small number of customers affected" and promised to try and rearrange flights.

"small number"?? 40-50 flights at 100-150 passengers per flight = a 'small number' ? really?

4000 to 7500 passengers per day times 42 = up to 315,000

whole new idea of " a small number"
