I have tried every phone number that I can find on the internet. I either get a message saying "this party has calling restrictions..." Nothing works. I have international dialing call plan to anywhere. I am in California. I have dialed 011 then each of the various numbers. Nothing works. I also get "your call cannot be completed." I have tried the phone that was provided in 2008 on this site. Can someone please give me current information? I thought they had a 24/7 phone number. Nothing has worked. It is horrible.

Are you using a cell phone? If so, use the "+" symbol instead of dialing 011.

Also note the hours the call center is open---10:00 to 18:00 CET ( Central European Time). That is 9 hours later than California's PST. So you need to call before 9 am your time.
