Ross on Why

We stayed in Ross-on-Wye several years ago on our way to Wales. We stayed a couple nights - spent one nice day seeing the town and then on another drove to Hereford to see the town and the beautiful cathedral. It's a beautiful part of the country. (When we were at the cathedral, a man and his wife came forward and said they would take our picture with our camera. We chatted with them for about 10 minutes, and the man said, "The next time you come to England, you are going to stay with us. If you can believe that! That was about 6 years ago. This year we are going to be close to where they live and will meet them for dinner. It just goes to show how friendly the English people are.)

Boy am I mixed up! I read your message quickly and just now realized you said "Ross" on Wye. We stayed in Hay on Wye. Sorry about that.
