Hi, I am seeking restaurant recommendations for our upcoming trip. We have been advised to book well ahead for Friday & Saturday dinners.
A Friday in Edinburgh, the next day Saturday in York, and the following Friday in Oxford.
If possible, please exclude places heavy on crustaceans and mollusks (shellfish allergy).

Howies in Edinburgh. I very much enjoyed dinner here. They have a wide selection so I think you can’t go wrong.

In Edinburgh, we like Maison Bleue on Victoria St. Google them and see if it appeals to you.
Edinburgh: The Tollhouse is wonderful. Ditto also the Howies recommendation.
