Four of us are traveling to London (May 24-27, 2023), and looking for recommendations in the Victoria Station area, We're looking for a place with two twin rooms, or a suit that sleeps 4. We'd like to keep the cost to under $200 pp/per night. We also need a place that has a lift, or minimum stairs. Any suggestions

Premier Inn. 6-10 minute walk from Victoria Station.
15 minute stroll to Buckingham Palace.

Another vote for Premier Inn. You should be able to stay there far under your budget.

While booking a room at a Premier Inn recently, I saw a note that most of their twin rooms consist of 1 bed and 1 sofabed, which might not work for the OP.

It is not a sofa bed like the type that is a sofa and folds out to become a bed.
It is a daybed that can either be used as a sofa, or sheets/blankets put on it for sleeping. I have slept on the Premier Inn twin day bed (sofa bed) several times and been quite comfortable.

Thank you all for recommendations/comments. I was able to secure twin rooms in the Victoria Station area with Premier. We don't spend a lot of time in the hotels, so I really only care for the neighborhood and cleanliness.
