Please forgive me if this is a common question -- I am a newbie poster making my first trip to Europe this summer. My daughter and I are scheduled to arrive at Gatwick Airport on Mon. July 10. I read that I should book tickets for the Gatwick Express in to London ahead of time. As I was about to do that today, I noticed that an announcement for a 24-hour strike on the day of our arrival. Just wondering what other options we should explore for getting in to London on that day.
