Help first time travelling in Europe. I purchased Rail Europe rail passes.....How and where do I activate my rail passes in London? I arrive in London on Sunday May 5, 2019 but wont use the passes until Thursday May 9, 2019. Thank you.

The instructions for activating the rail pass should be include with the pass or on the web site where purchase. Generally it involves writing the date and time of your train usage on a end tap of the pass and then recording each time the pass is used on the additional lines. You need to be very careful and follow the directions so that pass, and the conductor agrees. is valid. You would activate it on the 9th.

That sounds like the instructions for "using" the pass. Before you use your pass, you must activate it with Eurail.com or at a European station. If you have a Eurail global pass, you should be able to activate it at any station in Britain.
