Are you sure that’s the correct theatre? We saw Avenue Q the other week and it was at Shaftesbury Theatre. I know you asked for a pub but a good pre theatre option is Ippudo (ramen) as it’s close by and fast. If you’re looking for a beer after the Craft Beer Co across the street is very good.

Brassiere Zedel is a 15 minute walk. Loved my meal there. Ambience, service, food!
