Per Rick Steves Great Britain guide, I am trying to buy Windsor Castle tickets early so we have them in hand when we get there. He recommended buying them on royalcollection.org.uk.
I have tried several times and I can't get past the address section. I enter that it is a US address, but it only asks address and city. Then I click on next and it does nothing. I've tried several times. Any suggestions??

Have you noticed the small window below »Town/City« where you have to select the appropriate country?

I see the difficulty you are having. As you enter things (name, address, phone, etc.) into the required fields, they turn from yellow to white, indicating that entry is accepted. But the postal code field will not accept a US zip code, even when the "country" is set to the United States. So that field does not turn from yellow to white, and the form will not let you proceed.
I do not have a solution, but wanted to describe the problem in detail in case others might know.
