Problem with Booking England Rail Passes

Over the past week I have been trying to book paper London Plus 8 days of month Rail Passes for May June through APC site for Americans. Each time the payment gets reject. I have used two different credit cards and have called the credit card company and they say the rejection is from booking company. I have called the listed phone number which is in Canada and the recording says dur to COVID we are only responding to emails. Haven’t received response in five days.

Has anyone else been able to book passes or had similar problems? Thank you very much for any information.

Can't help with why the payment is rejected - in situations like this the bank often blames the merchant and the merchant blames that bank and you never know where the problem is.

I see the pass costs $267 which is £218. Are you sure the pass offers the best value for money? Separate tickets can work out cheaper - you can price these here https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

thanks have trips from west brompton to Woking, same to Staplehurst, Rye to Cambridge, Cambridge to Oxford, Morden Marsh to Bath, Bath to London & London to Brighton... from prices I see pass is better and don't have to book individual tickets etc.

If you are going straight from Bath to Brighton you don't have to go via London. You can go Bath to Southampton on Great Western, then Southern along the coast to Brighton- only slightly slower.
