Prepaid Sim Card for UK

HI folks,
Where to get one in London? Tried to get one at Amazon.ca before my trip but they are kind of expensive.

Look up GiffGaff.
Sounds weird, but it's a UK phone card that works well in the UK.
I used one a few years ago, and it comes to you by mail and is easy to set up.
The one I got was Ten pounds, and I set it up at home, took it out again till I was nearly landing at Heathrow, put it back in my phone, and it worked as soon as we landed.
Got enough data for my two weeks and more.

We have gotten them from EE many times. Lots of locations.

The UK seems to have four main telecom providers (O2, Three, Vodafone, EE) and everyone else piggybacks off them. I tend to stick with one of the above as their service is inexpensive enough and they have plenty of shops in London.

I’ve actually used and can recommend EE and Vodafone. If you go to their websites you can fine a store locator function such as this.

Pop in the post code of your lodging at it shows nearby stores. I’m often near Covent Garden and pot EE and Vodafone have shops very close to the tube station

If you aren't able to get a SIM before leaving home, you could also stop at a Carphone Warehouse when you arrive. They have outlets in many places, and offer SIM's from a couple of different networks.

Every major train station should have shops for the major carriers

I used to stop by a Vodafone shop in Paddington station. It was convenient when taking the express in from Heathrow. It’s no longer listed as a location on their website. Perhaps it was a closed due to the pandemic. In any case I have not noticed another carrier’s store there over the years. It may be possible that shops like WHSmith might have them.
