Which stadium you like best. Trying to see two in one week
When you say you are trying to see two in one week do you mean attending a match or a stadium tour? Also what do you mean by best? Is it the atmosphere during a game? The design of the stadium? The history of it?
When Portsmouth were in the Premier League most people would have said that it had the best atmosphere but no-one would have praised its design, modernity or facilities (it's still rated as one of the best atmospheres in the Championship).
Some of the newer stadiums are fantastic constructions but often the atmosphere is sometimes lacking particularly if they are multi use stadiums like West Ham's London stadium.
I’m pretty sure Chelsea & Tottenham cuz of schedule I’ll be happy with that
Just be aware that selling football tickets on third party sites like ticketmaster is illegal in the UK. And "normal" tickets are reserved for season ticket holders or members that have spent years on waiting lists building up points through the myriad loyalty systems that exist.
The main avenue for visitors is hospitality tickets, which cost a small fortune (although from what I understand about us sport perhaps 3-400 pounds a ticket is normal enough).
If you go to a team with less demand, in London for the premier league it would be Fulham, it is much easier.
And if you drop down a division to the championship there are an abundance of tickets but the atmosphere is just as good.

that
For stadium tours or game tickets? If you figure out a way to get game tickets, let me know because it's not a simple process like in North America.
Are you just looking in London? If so and if you are looking just to tour a stadium then Tottenham would be the most interesting. If you mean which is the best stadium to see a game of football then for me none of London's Premier league grounds would make my list, with the possible exception of Crystal Palace. You will get a much better overall experience, for a lot less money and with the relative ease of acquiring tickets, if you look to a game in the EFL. Despite its formidable reputation I would look at Millwall for atmosphere or QPR for Charlton for a great freindly game. Avoid West Ham - the fact that it's a converted athletics stadium hugely spoils the experience.
Outside London there are all sorts of excellent options but recommending some really depends on where you are planning to go.
