I have stayed in Premier Inns and like their value for the $$$. However, I will be in London in September and need to know if they have a locked or monitored room for left luggage if you are checking in or out and need to leave your luggage for a while. I am staying at the one near Victoria Station and may need it both prior to and just after my stay.

I can’t speak to that hotel, but I have used left luggage services at other Premier Inns without difficulties.

We stayed at this Premier Inn a few weeks ago and were able to leave our luggage in a locked room when we arrived prior to check-in. The room is monitored and we were given tags. There was no early check-in, as the hotel was pretty full and understandably housekeeping had a lot of rooms to clean. We took our luggage with us when we left so didn't need the storage on the back end. The person monitoring the locked room was also manning the check-in desk, so you may need to wait a few minutes if they are busy. Our room was quiet and the hotel is in a great location.

Every Premier Inn I’ve stayed in (a lot) has offered this service. A couple asked for a small charity donation in return.

Premier Inn specifically advertises this, for check out, so should be available at all locations.

I only have a sample size of 2 Premier Inns in London, but at both of them they had a locked room for luggage and they placed a tag on it and gave you the stub which they then verified when retrieving the luggage.
