I have a twin room reserved at the Premier Inn Victoria, London. On line they say their twins are a double and a pull out sofa, but in reviews it's called twin beds. Has anyone stayed there ? Not looking forward to a pull out !

Why not contact the hotel and ask.

It could be a case of either, or. Contact the hotel for clarification, and seek a guarantee (in writing) that two actual separate beds will be supplied. Good luck.

Generally Premier Inn rooms have one double bed. To create the second bed, they do often use the sofa converted into a bed. I shared one of these rooms with my mother and I can assure you that it's very comfortable and not at all like sleeping on a domestic sofa bed. However I think it does mean that the extra bed is a single bed.
