Premier Inn Contact Info

One of the concerns that some posters have stated in the past was they felt uncomfortable without contact information for the property itself. This has never been an issue for me, but I know it has bothered others.

I received an email from the Premier Inn I am staying in next weekend and I noticed that it included both a direct phone number and an email address for the property. It looks as if they send this info out about 1 week in advance of the reservation in case of any last minute issues. I was pleased to see this.

That's good to know, Carol - I'm staying at 3 different Premier Inns in Scotland; Edinburgh, Elgin and Dunfermline, so it will be handy having that information just in case.

I've stayed at numerous Premier Inns and never received that type of email.

Frank, I wonder if this is something new or just being done by that particular hotel, Premier St Pancras. I hope it is something they will start doing for all.

I can't remember getting such an email ever. I will watch out for that in a month's time in Glasgow.

Carol. I've stayed at that hotel twice. The second time in October of 2021.

Just use their app - it's very easy to contact them via that

Call me a pessimist (though a happy frequent visitor at a variety of Premier Inns): Will they actually answer that phone if you call?

My issue in the past has been the inability to get a basic question answered (is there a tub?) prior to making a reservation.

@Frank. I’m unsure about your insistence that if they didn’t send you an email including contact information two years ago, they could not have sent me one yesterday. I’m hopeful that this is a “new” policy going forward.

Every PI I've stayed at has had a tub. I might just have been lucky.

I've emailed a friend who I know is at the PI St Pancras (or the Moon Hotel as her family, and I, call PIs) in 3 days time to see if she's had such an email from them.

Carol, where did I insist you didn't get one? I just said I never got one. That means it could be a new thing.

I am finding other chains sending emails more to confirm stays since the pandemic.
