Premier Hotels

Is there an email address to contact the Premier Hotel Victoria with questions about the hotel ?or any of their other hotels?

Do all of their hotels have air conditioning & elevators?

Thanks in advance for your comments,

It’s Premier Inn and the Premier Plus rooms all have a/c which you don’t need

The only one who can decide if you need air conditioning or not is you. And since the windows don't open at this hotel, you need something to regulate the in-room temperature. (According to reviews, all rooms have it.)

Premier Inns--and it is Premier Inns not Premier--are notorious for making it difficult to contact them. Remember, it is a budget hotel chain. Their webpage should answer many of your questions:

I have booked several Premier Inn Hotels in London recently. If you look at the details of each room, make sure you look for the airconditioning symbol. Not all rooms are the same and not all hotels have many rooms with an a/c unit. As someone else pointed out, you cannot always open windows in these rooms, so if. If you are going anytime between June and the end of September, I would try to get a room with a/c. If you are like me, and enjoy a well-regulated 70-degree room, you will be thankful for spending the little extra it costs.

The rooms are comfortable and a good choice if you need to stay within a budget. The Premier Inn hubs are to be avoided according to my UK-based sister. She is usually not fussy about hotels, but the Hub-sized rooms were not for her.

I did stay in a Hub in London in 2019. I got the double even though I was by myself to give myself more room and I was there a week. I was quite comfortable. Very clean and well laid out, plenty of room for my clothes and suitcase etc. The only issue is the windows do not open by design so even though I was there in February and March I was using AC to circulate the air. But it was a significant savings over other hotel prices in London.

I was in a Hub room a couple years age- Goodge street- and while it had a/c, it wasn’t very effective. It turns off when you leave the room, which I can accept for energy savings, but it only cools down to a certain point. The windows didn’t open and the days were very warm so it never got cool enough for me to sleep well and having functional windows with no a/c would have worked better for me.

Elevators are probably a given but good luck getting hold of the hotel. I found it impossible to get a contact number or email for the specific hotel and even the main Premier phone line is not toll-free so you pay for international rates.

One solution to that is to leave an extra card in the slot when you leave.

I would think all the London Premier Inns have AC but it’s not true AC like you get in the States where you can make the room really cold. It’s just a mild cooling effect.

This is a budget chain and running AC in Europe is very expensive due to high energy prices. It’s often limited unless you’re paying more.
