Pre-purchased tickets and ending trip early

Hi,

We have a fair number of pre-purchased activity/show tickets for our 1.5 weeks in Bath/Stonehenge/London. We have been on a 9-week journey, but we will need to end our trip early, which means we won't be able to make it to England. (Unfortunately, it's not a reason for travel insurance applicability.) Is there a place where I can offer our tickets for sale? Thanks!

I know that you can't do that on this site. You might be able to find a UK based facebook group where you could post if it fits administrator guidelines.

TravelMom, I hope the reason for your premature return isn’t because of a tragic situation. Having to miss England already sounds unfortunate, but I hope it’s not something truly terrible.

We’ve had to pre-book LOTS of things for our just-before-Christmas trip. I didn’t think that six months out would be necessary, but so many things are getting fully booked right now. I can see now, needing to purchase tickets really early, and then things can change.

Do any of the venues allow you to sell your tickets back to them, ensuring that somebody will be able to attend? Best wishes, and best of luck!

I've found that a number of places will refund your otherwise "non-refundable" tickets. Because of high demand the venue knows it will be able to resell the ticket. Email or call the venue, explain the situation and see what they say.

Oh no. I hope everything is ok. I know you were asking lots of travel ins questions.
