Possibly more train service to Manchester and Manchester Airport from London and Midlands

London Northwestern Railway (LNWR) have just announced potential plans to extend their Euston to Crewe services to Manchester Victoria and their Stafford to Crewe services to Manchester Airport, from May 2026 (so wait a while before taking a deep breath). There are still hoops to jump through, but if this comes off it will make travelling up north easier.
