Options appear to be bus (probably via Wadebridge), taxi or rental car. There's some information on this website, but I'm not sure the bus numbers are correct. Diligent Googling will usually turn up the webpage of the appropriate bus company (or possibly companies in this case).

We pre-booked a taxi. He was waiting for us when we got off the train. Cost was £30 in 2014.
