When I saw this my first thought was it was an April fool joke and then I saw it had been published on 26th March.
It is the Mail stirring things again. It loves articles like this as it really gets the punters commenting. Mind you having read some of the things the SNP are proposing for education, this could well be true....

Sure hope the writer uses public transit to get around. Frightful to think someone with such a chemically modified brain might be in control of a vehicle.
