Are you asking about someone who walks a lot - walker Or someone who uses a walking aid commonly call a walker to get around? London is massive but relatively flat so you can get fairly easily but distances can be great. The black cabs are well suited for getting around and the rate is reasonable.

Sorry, do you want recommendations for places to buy or rent walkers and wheelchairs or places that are wheelchair friendly?

I guess the best places to visit would be those you are most interested in.

There is wheelchair access to most museums, many churches, St Pauls Cathedral, Westminster Abbey.

What sort of places are you interested in?

On almost all webpages for various attractions there will be a link either in the Visit Us page or from the top or bottom of the Home page called something like "Access". That's where to look for disabled access.

I know the responses may sound snarky but having trouble with the questions. London is fairly modern and has good approaches to those with limited mobility. You really should be able go about anywhere you want to visit.
