Could someone please tell me where a good meeting place would be to pick up someone who has never been to London before, so very nervous. Her ticket says her JetBlue flight arrives at terminal 5. Many thanks.

Jetblue operates from Terminal 2 at Heathrow. (It departs from Terminal 5 at JFK.)
I would suggest meeting her as she exits customs and immigration.

I agree with meeting her as she exits customs but there are official meeting points in Terminal 2 at Heathrow. Look at https://www.heathrow.com/arrivals/meeting-points and scroll down to Terminal 2. As mentioned above, she will not be arriving at Terminal 5.
