The Piccadilly line will be closed from Kings Cross/St. Pancras to Heathrow this Saturday and Sunday, July 20 & 21.
It will be closed for rail replacement work.

Thank you for the update. Do you know a good workaround for getting to LHR T2,3 from Kings Cross? I will be arriving via LNER train from Edinburgh to Kings Cross and need to get to LHR T2,3. Was going to take Picadilly on Sunday June 21, but need a workaround. Thanks in advance.

Circle/Hammersmith and City Line train to Paddington and Elizabeth Line from there to LHR?

Hammersmith & City / Circle to Hammersmith then the replacement bus from the adjacent bus station.
Thameslink to Farringdon then Elizabeth line to Heathrow is an all rail route but would be more expensive. Best for the connection.
If feeling flush, Hammersmith & City / Circle to Paddington then the Heathrow Express. Typically around 10-15 minutes quicker than the other two options at around 45 mins but costs a lot more.

The replacement non stop express bus from Hammersmith is timed as being faster than the train would be normally. It runs every 10 minutes- takes 32 minutes from Earl's Court station (where it starts) and 23 minutes from Stop J at Hammersmith Bus Station.
It is service PL3.
There is also an all stations PL7 which starts from Hammersmith and takes 54 minutes, also runs every 10 minutes
