I will be in England for 3 weeks this September. My domestic cell plan provider only offers a very expensive roaming plan. What UK phone plans have other travelers found to be a good buy? I will need to make some calls back to Canada so plan needs to include international calling minutes.

You can set the whole thing up before you leave home.

Please check the details of the plan you get. They may or may not include calls back to Canada. You may need to have some credit to make pay per call to home.
