peaceful canal tours on the river thames - in london area

visiting - staying in Wembley and looking to do canal cruise/ tour on the river Thames - anywhere from 1 - 4 hours - will like to do something low key and away from the touristy areas - can be in London or surrounding areas - open to ideas - does not have to be fancy - any info on canal cruises/tours will be appreciated
