As of March 18th the UK will scrap the requirement for Passenger Locator Forms and Covid testing for all travellers to the UK irrespective of vaccination status. Heathrow Airport is also removing the mandate on mask wearing for all staff and passengers throughout the airport.

British Aairways and Virgin Atlantic also announced they would drop their on-board mask requirements to destinations that don't require it. That does not include the United States as it still requires passengers to wear masks until at least April 18.
Heathorw, BA and VA said they would still encourage people to wear masks but not require it.

And the VeriFLY App that I started on my pad for our BA flight in April states in bold that passengers do not need to use VeriFLY for flights that arrive in the UK after 4AM March 18. Hurray, I can do a normal online check-in with BA while under a time constraint.
