Paddington Station's National Rail ticket office location

Hi All,

i'd like to buy day travelcard from National Rail Ticket office in conjunction with 2-4-1 promo attractions. I'll stay nearby Paddington Station. Where is the location of the ticket office? Also I would need to pick up my Great Western Railway ticket too going Oxford. Would it be the same ticket office?

I got this map plan from National Railway website. Please correct me if i'm wrong. The ticket office location is the same ground with outdoor level marked with orange box near platform 1, next to Eastbourne Terrance entrance B (which is currently under construction).

Could I buy the travelcard on the day prior to my travelling dates? or i need to buy on the day of my travel?

Thanks
Jen

That's correct. The ticket office is the orange box on the map and you can go there to collect your train tickets (take your booking reference number and the credit card on which you bought the tickets) as well as purchase the Travelcards on national rail paper stock.

You can buy your travelcards in advance.

There's usually a decent sized queue, so don't rock up 5 mins before your train time!

Don't try to get what you need at the ticket office at the end of platform 6. It is only for Heathrow Express.
