I have a 6 day Oyster Card/Pass and I intend on using this from LHR to the Earl's Court stop via the Picadilly Line.
I just want to ensure that LHR is with in the limits for the Pass. Our flat is just steps from the Earl's Court Station.

Yes - if it covers the zone (6).
If so, is there any particular reason why you have bought an all-zones pass rather than something else? The PAYG fare from Heathrow to Earl's Court is only £2.80 peak, £1.50 off-peak.
I opted to include the transit pass/Oyster card option along with our purchase of the 6 Day London Pass. We will use to travel to Windsor, Hampton Court, LHR and general buzzing about the city and back to our flat.
You can't use either a Travelcard or an Oyster card to get to Windsor - it's outside the London travel area. You need to get a specific ticket for that journey.

That is the most expensive option.
Yes it seems travel to Windsor on the GWR only is back with the London Pass - I have a vague recollection it was dropped for a period.
To get the value from it, over say using the 2-for-1 scheme with a paper 7-day Zones 1-2 travelcard requires intensive use, but I guess that is your plan.
They recently (not sure how recently) changed the travel option feature of the London Pass. It's an Oystercard with PAYG, £25 for the 3 day London Pass, I think the amount was. I don't know if the 6 day Pass nets £50, or a 7 day Travelcard.
Thank you all for your replies. I know that The Pass and the Travel/Oyster card is not the most economical choice but it pass off in convenience for us. One purchase and done with out having to top off for each trip or purchase tickets at each venue. We've done this sort of thing in other cities, eg. Paris, New York, San Fran. and we squeeze in a lot in each day, therefore making it a good choice for us.
Are you aware that an Oyster card is valid over all zones and only needs loading once if you put the right amount on, you get your credit back at the end, and it is subject to daily and weekly caps?
