Opinions needed for London stops.

Hello all. I am asking another opinion question. I will be in London for three nights, coming in from Athens early one morning. I am debating a couple stops. I am planning on the second day of the following itinerary:
This is on the Early May Bank Holiday:
930- The Monument.
1030 at the Tower of London for a White Tower tour (I have been the Tower before but didn't get a chance to do this tour so I wanted to take the opportunity to do it, I also have a HRP membership so this is a 'free' visit for me.)
1200 Lunch
1245 Tower Bridge climb/tour if the line is short enough
1400 Leave for Hampton Court Palace
1550 Roof top tour at Hampton Court
1900 Back in London.

I can't skip the Hampton Court Roof top tour but wondering if anyone has opinions on where I am going. I am also the day before (the day I fly in from Athens) going to the Jewel Palace and a quick trip to the National Gallery to see 6 particular paintings and the tour of the Palace of Westminster.

I am wondering if there is anything I should replace for going to St. Paul's, as I have not been there before. Maybe do the Monument and then St. Paul's and skip the White Tower tour? Has anyone been on the White Tower tour do we get to see anything outside of what I can see on my own?

What do you mean by Jewel Palace? Do you mean the crown jewels at the Tower of London, and if so why aren't you combining it with the White Tower tour?
