My sister and I will be in Alnwick in October 2023. We are wondering if there might be a way to do a one day trip to see part of Hadrian's Wall? We will not have a car, and the special "tourist" bus doesn't operate in October. Any one day or half-day tours that would be recommended? The website listed for one of the private tour guides in the most recent (2020) Great Britain guidebook doesn't seem to exist anymore.
