I think this is an old question but still confused : can I take an antigen (rapid) test to both transit London Heathrow and return to US. I don't think vaccination card is accepted yet in US. So antigen rapid for both or PCR for both? Thanks.

Antigen is accepted for entry to the U.S.

I'll let someone knowledgeable on the Uk respond to what tests England accepts.
