There will be no Piccadilly line service at Heathrow from Dec 24 through Dec 31.
Rail services to Heathrow, includong the Heathrow Express, will not run on Xmas or Boxing Day. A replacement bus service will run from Hammersmith to Heathrow (nonstop) on Boxing Day.

The exact text from the TLF site says:
There will be no Piccadilly line service between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport, between Friday 24 and Thursday 30 December due to planned work. Also on Sunday 26 December there will be no TfL Rail or Heathrow Express service between Paddington and Heathrow. On Sunday 26 December, customers travelling to the airport should travel to Hammersmith station for non-stop replacement coach services to Heathrow. At all other times, please use TfL Rail or Heathrow Express services from Paddington (additional charges apply for Heathrow Express services). There will also be no Piccadilly line between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport on Sunday 2 and Monday 3 January 2022.
It also says, “Piccadilly line trains are not stopping at South Kensington until spring 2022 due to escalator replacement work. Circle and District line trains will stop as normal, except during planned works” (visit the projects page on the TFL site).
I have a flight out of Heathrow on the 4th. My fingers are crossed the Piccadilly line will be working that day.
