No LNER Trains Newcastle-Alnmouth Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 June

Wednesday 21 to Thursday 22 June
Network Rail will be carrying out planned engineering work between Newcastle and Alnmouth.
There will be an hourly train between Edinburgh and Alnmouth.
There will be 2 trains per hour starting and ending at Newcastle.
Rail replacement [buses] will operate between Alnmouth and Newcastle in both directions.
Harrogate services will be reduced, we will operate 1 train in each direction.
Lincoln services will be reduced, we will operate 1 train in each direction.
There will be no trains to or from Sunderland and Middlesbrough.

This is the timetable- the work is now only on 21 June- a few trains are diverted to and from Edinburgh via Hexham and Carlisle-

Please also note that there are no trains to London Kings Cross on 24 and 25 June- change at St Neots for a rail replacement coach to Bedford for Thameslink or Midland Main Line trains to London St Pancras-
