Has anyone taken the Toon Tour in Newcastle. When we purchased the Discovery Pass it says this is included with the Pass so I wanted to check. Thanks.

I haven’t, but I know the city well and this looks to be a nice hop on hop off bus ride. I think it would be enjoyable.
If you don’t know, ‘toon’ is ‘town’ in the local Geordie dialect and used in general to refer to the city of Newcastle.
I’m glad you’re visiting. Newcastle is not a typical international tourist destination.

The toon tour is an open top double decker bus, which does make it rather different/special. Views from teh top deck asre so much bettr and now indows make for much better photography too!
The round trip takes an hour and is a good way to get your bearings in a strange place. It also gets you to places you may want to visit, so saving the problem of working out which bus number you want...
If you have time to fit it into your schedule or if it gets you to somewhere you want to visit in the city, then yes, give it a go!
