Frank, thank you for this information, it’s great news. I have a month long trip planned this spring, hopping it stays this way.

This is great news. We don’t travel until April, so it could certainly change again, but hopeful it does not.

That’s a pity. Flying would be safer if people were tested in and out.

I am glad common sense prevailed for once. It’s not as though testing stopped the virus from spreading. Hope the U.S. drops the requirement to test before returning from overseas.

**if you are vaxxed.

I am cautiously hopeful our month long trip in May will finally happen.

Thanks for the information. We (fully vaxed) are now feeling a bit more optimistic that we can do our late spring trip without the hassle of finding test sites.

As of now, you still have to do a Day 2 test after arrival and another test to return to the USA.

My daughter’s mother in law is flying home to England on Friday, so she’s happy about not having to spend all day at Logan (test was AM, flight PM). She is not so comfortable about the flight home now, however. There are always trade offs.

We should have been flying to the Canary Islands tomorrow morning, but we cancelled the trip. With 1 in 15 people in England supposedly currently having Covid and no testing before flights, that means probably 10+ people on the flight may have it. We would have kept the trip if people were tested just before they flew as it reduces the risk.
