We are traveling to London the last 2 weeks of June for my husband's work. We will have to stay close to his work in Kings Cross (tentatively at/near the Crowne Plaza). We will have our 10 year old son with us and he and I will be doing a lot of excursions around London & side trips during that time. We would prefer to stay in an airbnb, etc., rather than a hotel, so that we may have more space, cook, etc. However, I'm not familiar with the neighborhoods in this area and am hoping to find one that is convenient & safe, but also family-friendly (i.e., other kids in the area). Any recommendations??
