I need to contact Premier Inns (I think someone is using my email address) but don’t want to pay $36 for an international phone call! Does anyone know of an email address or number I can text to reach someone? I can find only a phone number or snail mail information. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Those can be hard to find. If you can find the Facebook page for the specific PI you're interested in, the email address may be shown there. There's probably a corporate email address on the premierinn.com website, but I don't know that you'll get an answer.

I've successfully messaged them on Facebook several times, and have always heard back within 2 days (less if I message during the week). Here's a link to their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/premierinn

They also have a pretty standard email format for each property. For example, the email for the Southampton west Quay hotel is [email protected].
It works out to [email protected]
