3 of us are arriving at Luton Airport and wanted to do the Warner Bros. Studio tour, as it's on our way into central London.
As we're just off the plane, we will have our luggage. What is the best, (easiest) way to get from Luton airport to the studio? Also, where could we leave our luggage during the studio tour? Does the Watford train station have places to leave luggage? Don't know if the cloakroom at the studio will hold our luggage for us. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

Not easy. It is not on your way to central London. This is round London, so no rail connection. Luton and Watford are on two different rail lines out of London.

It is a local bus, stopping everywhere so it is slow. You still need to get the airport shuttle to Luton station, and the bus from Watford Junction station to the studio. Watford Junction station does not have left luggage, very few stations in the UK do.
For a group of 3, I would recommend a taxi from the airport direct to the studio.

I would not book a Potter studios tour straight off a plane, it's at a fixed time and there's too much risk of a flight delay or a long wait at immigration or luggage collection. Go to your hotel and book the Potter trip the next day.
As other people have said, Luton to Watford by public transport is not very easy.
