Got an email that the bus we've booked departing Victoria Coach Station to Southampton Coach Station now departs at 1330 vs. 1300 and gets us into Southampton closer to 1630.
If possible, I would like to switch to the 1200 departure but the only way I can see to do this is by calling the UK number provided in the email. I've tried online but cannot find a way to make the change.
What might I be missing?
If it was an amendable fare you should be able to do so in 'My Account '.
If you didn't create a (free) account originally you can still do so, with the same email. The ticket should then show up, to be amended.

And I would think since NE changed the departure time, that the ticket would be able to be amended at no extra charge, since NE is the one responsible for the change.

I would cancel the coach and take the train. Trains from Waterloo only take 1 1/2 hours to Southampton.

Decided to live with the change, especially since 5 couples with us would have to amend their bookings as well!
We opted for the National Express vs. the train out of Waterloo since we are traveling on Sunday when line disruptions often occur and because luggage will be stowed on the bus vs. us trying to stow it ourselves on the train.
