Moreton-In-Marsh lodging

My wife and I will be visiting England in July and our trip is to include a visit to the Cotswold. The idea was to stay in Moreton-In-Marsh due to its central location, rail accessibility, etc. Our first choice for lodging, however, is already booked to capacity. Anyone have hotel suggestions, preferably in the 120-150 pounds per night range? Thanks much.

I'm staying at the Bell Inn in early May. Google it. I'm sure it's not as fancy as your 1st choice, but it's about half the price.

We haven't stayed there yet but my wife and I have a reservation in September for the TreeTop Guest House. Rick Steve's has it in his Great Britain guide book.

We stayed at the Swan Inn in Moreton In Marsh for several days.

Very clean rooms, an okay dining room with basic fare (good fish & chips). We liked the Italian place down the high street! Our room was just above the main entrance and we slept with the window open. Very late one evening, there were a couple of chaps that were a bit drunk and I listened to the funniest conversation about whether a certain girl liked either of them. After two minutes, I asked thdm to turn down their volume. They had no idea where the voice was coming from, in their drunken state. One of them actually said, "Oh, sorry God, we'll toddle home now. See you tomorrow!"

I liked MIM!
