Drivers on the Manchester Metrolink (Trams) have announced that they plan to strike from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 December.
Various events are happening in the city that weekend including the Christmas markets , concerts by Ed Sheeran, Jamiroquai and Pete Tong, and Manchester City's Premier League game against Sunderland (at the Etihad stadium).
The impact is to be advised.
