I see from previous forum posts the luggage storage lockers are near Track 12. How large are the lockers? Large enough to fit a 23 x 15 x 11 inch bag? Thank you in advance.

You won't find lockers anywhere public in the UK - a relic from all the bombings here related to The Troubles in Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately the terrorists found the lockers and litter bins very useful in their campaigns.
So no more lockers, anywhere. We've only recently been allowed to have trash bins back on train stations, but they must be clear plastic bags hanging from supports - no opaque bins.
When stations have a "Left Luggage" counter it will be staffed and all pieces have to travel through a strong x-ray machine like those at airports, and ID is taken.
