I can't seem to find out, as only a few UK stations store luggage. Is Oxford one of them ?

Radical storage (https://radicalstorage.com/) has a location near(-ish) the station plus some others in the centre.
Bounce (https://usebounce.com/) has some, maybe shared with above.
Stasher (https://stasher.com/) has one but not that conveniently located.

We left our luggage at the tourist office … an easy walk east from the main bus / coach station. Should be doable from the train station.
