Has anyone flown into Heathrow this week? My friend alerted me to the news of the baggage issues they were having right now. Hoping they work it out by my family's flight on Thursday...

I flew in on Sunday, but I was doing carry-on. If it all possible try to carry-on and if you can’t make sure all of your valuables and medication’s are in your carry-on
When I got to baggage area it was a zoo. There was luggage everywhere, the only other time I’ve seen anything look like that was when the Atlanta airport had a power failure several years ago. Good luck
