Looking for a review of Hotels in London

I am going to London in April with a friend and considering staying at The Resident Victoria in Westminster or Wilde Aparthotels in Covent Garden. Any opinion on either or another place with easy walk abilities. TIA

Covent Garden is noisy and crowded.

I’d go with the Resident Victoria. Quiet area, close to The Palace and St James Park.

Parliament Square is an easy 20 minute stroll away.

The Market Halls food court is close by.

2 different Underground stations to use. Victoria and St James Park.

I'm a fan of Resident Hotels more than Wilde Hotels. Resident Hotels pride themselves on service. Wilde, I feel, cater more to 20 and 30 somethings.

Have you looked at the Resident Covent Garden? It's sort of across the street from the Wilde.

Neither is really in Covent Garden but located just off the Strand--a very busy street. If you want a quieter location, the Resident Victoria wins.

Another vote for the Resident Victoria, the whole family stayed there in October for five days. We would stay there again.

I stayed at The Resident Victoria last year for 12 days. The location was great. Close to the tube station. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Two supermarkets nearby. I will be staying there again in September this year.

We stayed at the London House Hotel in Bayswater. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Walked to Paddington station to catch the Heathrow express. Also walked to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park.
