London to Stansted to Mountfitchet Castle

I have an extra day in the London area and thought that this plan might make our travel to the Stansted Airport (we are flying Ryanair to Gdansk) easier since we will each have one large suitcase plus a small carryon. Please let me know if this makes sense:

Leave Premier Inn Blackfriar after "rush hour" to Liverpool Station.

Take Train to Stansted Airport and shuttle to Premier Inn Stansted and drop off luggage.

Travel to Mountfitchet Castle and Norman Village and spend 3 hours there.

Question: What transportation is available from the Stansted airport or Premier Inn Stansted to get to Mountfichet?

My goal is to see this outdoor museum AND be close to the Stansted airport for our late morning flight to Gdansk on the next day. Thanks!

According to their website, the castle is very close to Stansted Mountfitchet railway station. Looking at the Stansted Express website, the departures from the airport station at fifteen minutes past each hour call at Mounfitchet.

I have a friend who lives in Stansted Mountfitchet and I had always assumed that the Castle and Toy Museum catered mainly for children, but I maybe mistaken.

Just to clarify, you need Liverpool Street Station, the village and rail station are Stansted Mountfitchet and it is Mountfitchet Castle!

Check with your particular Premier Inn, but their check in policy is usually after 2pm. You would have to go back to the airport to catch the train to Stansted Mountfitchet. The Castle is close to the station. There are a few cafés and restaurants in the village.
