London to Rotterdam by Train

Hello seasoned travelers-I will be taking a train from London (St. Pancras International) to Rotterdam in May. My question is, where do we go through passport control from the UK to EU? I switch trains in Brussels-Midi, so I am assuming there, but maybe there is a process that I am not aware of. Thank you for any insights and knowledge you can share.

It’s all done at St Pancras before you board the train in London. That’s why you are asked to be there 75 minutes before departure.

@Johnew52, thank you so much, I did see that I should be there a couple of hours early, so that confirms it, thanks again.

don't overdo arriving early at St Pancras. Check the website and follow its instructions, also on your ticket. If it says 90 minutes, that's what you need. Maybe an additional 15 minutes for ease of mind.

Although I would hope you have an open-jaw air ticket home, if you are returning to London, you will have similar formalities before boarding the London train in Brussels-Midi. Also well before the departure time.
