London to Paris

Hello, traveling to London in June or July and wanting to go to Paris from there. What is the easiest/quickest way to get there? Thanks in advance!

Eurostar High Speed train. One train every hour, journey time 2¼ to 2½ hours, city centre to city centre.
Like all High Speed Trains, it pays to book in advance. Timetables and booking on: www.eurostar.com

This will be quicker than flying (including getting to and from the airports, check-in etc.), and a lot less hassle and less stress, and possibly cheaper if you book in advance and a lot more comfortable.

The costs are slightly cheaper flying on Easyjet than the train (depending on the day of the week and the time of the journey) but by the time you have added in the transfer time and costs at each end, the train will be better and cheaper.

It is already very expensive on certain trains for this time of year (some are £174 single standard seat i.e. non-business class with no food) or a ticket can be had for £35 single if you travel in the afternoon and midweek, which is generally cheaper. Friday nights, Monday mornings and the weekend are usually more expensive. Business class fares are £276 and include a meal and wifi lounge and only 10 minute check-in.

Prices start increasing once the school holidays start (mid July). You need to be at St Pancras 30 minutes before departure and you can take your own food on board.

Standard Premier seats are a bit more roomy and you get a meal but Standard seats are ok for most.
