London Street Markets Comperable to Camden Market

I will be in London this Summer for just a few days, and each time I go, I really enjoy visiting Camden Market. Was wondering if there are any other London Markets comparable to Camden in London, or is Camden the best?

Camden Market is unique and there is nothing of the same scale in London.

There are many other markets including Borough Market (food), Petticoat Lane (clothing), Spitalfields, Berwick Street and one of my favourites, Columbia Road flower market in the City on Sunday mornings. Many London areas have street markets, such as Peckham and Wandsworth.

It depends on what you are looking for and the days of the week you are going to be there. You can find hidden treasures occasionally at any one of the street markets. Camden does have all the specialty shops too. The exchange rate makes a difference. It is good for us now.., but who knows by Summer. Check with the vendors: they know where special events such as antique shows, church jumble sales and more are happening...where you can get new discoveries. There are weekly publications. My husband collected safety razors and lighters....they were light weight and could be packed easily. We also got a bunch of antique bookplates at Portobello for cheap. But mostly they see you coming! Good Luck.
