We would like to see an EPL game in London in late Feb. What are reputable ticket resellers or agencies ?
Understand first stop is the team ticket office but if that fails what next. Understand they will be above original value.

A place you might not think of looking is Travelzoo. Some clubs are regularly dumping excess corporate hospitality packages on there for reasonable prices at least for that kind of thing. Check though exactly what is included in terms of meals, drinks, appearances etc. Not dirt cheap of course but might be good for a one off splurge event. They don't turn up that early though.

Hospitality is probably the next best option. More expensive but is still a secure, guaranteed source of tickets.

Unless you get them well in advance or go through the expensive hospitality route then you may be pushing your luck. The only reseller that would be even close to reputable is Stubhub and even then you'll be lucky if there are any available. Maybe look at doing a Championship game with a club like Fulham, it's a nice old stadium on the river and tickets are usually much cheaper even for the bigger games. Also a better atmosphere.
